Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because energy work is sacred… but life happens.

At MysticVeil.org, each session is prepared with care, presence, and a dose of magic—often long before we begin. Energy gets stirred. Spirit listens in. The work begins the moment you say yes.

That said, I know plans shift, moods change, and calendars can betray us. So here’s the deal:

Changed your mind or need to reschedule? No worries.

• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
  
• If you're within that 48-hour window, the session becomes non-refundable—but depending on the situation, I may offer a one-time reschedule.
  

Be human. I'll meet you with grace.

If you ghost the appointment completely (without letting me know), the session is considered used—no refund or redo.

But if something truly unexpected happens (life throws curveballs, I get it), just reach out. Compassion comes before policy.

Because much of the work begins behind the scenes—especially for remote energy sessions and channeled letters—refunds aren't guaranteed once prep has started. Your energy is already being held, your space already opened.

Still, if something feels off, doesn’t resonate, or you simply didn’t vibe with the experience, please email me. I care deeply about your experience and will always be open to a kind, human-to-human resolution.
