Through a 45-minute Remote Reiki session, followed by an extended, intuitive written Soul Reflection, you’ll be invited to attune to your essence with compassion, curiosity, and care.

1. Remote Reiki Energy Healing (45 minutes)
During your session, I sit in quiet meditation using traditional hand motions, attuned to your energy body from afar. While seated cross-legged, I soften the edges of my own field to enter yours, working intuitively as though my hands are moving gently through your system, sensing, listening, responding.

Energy reveals what desires attention. I tend to those spaces, balancing the chakras, connecting with what arises, and allowing your body’s wisdom to guide the flow. This is not just energy work, it is soul communion.

You are invited to set a clear intention beforehand — whether it’s energetic reset, emotional clarity, or sacred repair. You may rest, journal, listen to music, or simply receive. Your comfort is part of the medicine.

2. Written Soul Reflection & Integration
Following the Reiki session, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted, personalized letter, a sacred mirror for your unfolding. This intuitive document includes:

• Reflections to support integration
• Gentle guidance tailored to your intention
